I had the pleasure of exhibiting my YA book series, The Geneva Project, at Bookmark It Orlando’s Locally Grown Words book fair on Sunday at the East End Market. I shared a table with two of my favorite children’s authors, N. Jane Quackenbush & Jaimie M. Engle. There was a wide range of authors, publishers and services displaying their work and as always I met so many amazing people. Attending events like these, no matter what end of the book you find yourself on, are always so eye opening. I learned a great deal from discussing different services and option available for indie authors. I made new friends and connected with old ones. And I couldn’t ask for a nicer environment to do it in.
